28 – 30 May 2002 at Shrigley Hall Hotel, Manchester, UK. The meeting
was sponsored by the Mectizan® Donation Program, Merck & Co. Inc.,
and GlaxoSmithKline and was kindly hosted by the Lymphatic Filariasis
Support Centre, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
